I’ve heard all the hype about green smoothies, and starting your morning with one and the health benefits, bla bla bla boring I know right?
But I finally took the plunge and gave it a try!
Of course you can use any variation you please, but this is my recipe:
1/4 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup fresh kale
1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
1 cup water
7-8 fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp flaxseed
Throw it all in a blender, (I used my magic bullet) and it’s ready to go in seconds!
Easy, fast AND healthy! Crazy eh?
