Go Green Morning Start

I’ve heard all the hype about green smoothies, and starting your morning with one and the health benefits, bla bla bla boring I know right?
But I finally took the plunge and gave it a try!

Of course you can use any variation you please, but this is my recipe:

1/4 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup fresh kale
1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
1 cup water
7-8 fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp flaxseed

Throw it all in a blender, (I used my magic bullet) and it’s ready to go in seconds!

Easy, fast AND healthy! Crazy eh?



Cocoa Coffee Cellulite Scrub

After playing around with different combinations of natural ingredients, this is to date, the best scrub I have made. Not to mention it costs pennies compared to any drug store products.


So here it is: 

1/2 cup fresh coffee grounds

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 handful sea-salt

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a mason jar, hop in the shower, apply to wet skin, and ENJOY!


Cheap, fast and Easy! A body scrub that leaves your skin feeling ridiculously smooth, reduces the appearance of cellulite and energizes the skin. Crazy eh?
